Since 1985 I have been a freelance translator and editor with the language
combinations English-German and Dutch-German.
My mother tongue is German.
I also feel fully at home in English and Dutch.
After completing both a German and an English grammar
school education, translation studies
followed in Heidelberg. I am currently a state-examined translator.
Since 1983 I have been living in The Netherlands, with Cologne as my second residence.
